Wayne Rooney has been widely regarded as one of the best strikers in football, and having scored four goals in five games for the England national football team this year, it is easy to see why the 27-year-old is being hunted by clubs all over Europe.

While he is on a staggering £250,000 per week at Old Trafford, wealthy PSG recently said they would be willing to pay Rooney £300,000 every week, despite offering Manchester United a paltry £17.1m for the striker – a miniscule amount for the Premier League’s fourth highest scorer of all time.
