Volkswagen’s vans are still some of the most affordable to run thanks to its latest spring finance and servicing offers - according to the German manufacturer.
The German marquee has even lowered some of its prices from last year.
They include new vans still available from £199 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), deposit contributions of up to £2,000, and free servicing for Crafter models.
Used van buyers are not left out either, benefitting from a low-cost service plan offer - two services for £49 or four for £199 when financing their purchase with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Business owners and fleet managers are keener than ever to manage vehicle costs.
The contract hire and finance lease rate for a Caddy of £199 a month continues from last year, including a deposit contribution of £1,000 available, while the higher specifications of the new Caddy Trendline and Highline models are now available for a modest upgrade to £215 and £229 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), respectively.
Even the best-selling Transporter van is still available at the same contract hire and finance lease rates from £239 a month (plus VAT and initial rental) with a £500 deposit contribution, while rates for the new Trendline and Highline specification models are £259 and £269 (plus VAT and initial rental), respectively.
The Crafter, Volkswagen’s biggest van, also offers great value, with contract hire and finance lease rates available for £10 less than last year at £299 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), a £1,000 deposit contribution and now four free services. Alternatively, if financed with lease purchase or hire purchase, a £2,000 deposit contribution is available.
For the first time, there are finance offers for the Crafter-based tipper and dropside models from the Volkswagen ‘Engineered to Go’ range. These start from £299 a month, and also include four free services.
Aside from vans, two other models have lower contract hire and finance lease rates than last year, such as the Volkswagen Caravelle people carrier which now starts from £449 a month (plus VAT and initial rental) with a deposit contribution that has increased to £1,500 (from £500).
The Amarok pick-up starts from £259 a month with a PCP Volkswagen Solutions finance, or with contract hire and finance lease rates now £10 a month lower from £279 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), with the 180 PS Trendline or Highline from £299 and £349 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), respectively.
